We take that amazing, fresh pulp from our juicing of the Ginger, Garlic and Tumeric, dehydrate it at 110 degrees for 24+ hours... then flash grind it with generous amounts of black pepper, extra garlic crystals and a bit of cayenne pepper to make this aromatic all-spice!
